smoking Memorial Day BBQ

So what all is everyone doing this year?

I've got a porterhouse stake that's been marinating since Friday that I'll be grilling for either lunch or dinner.
 
My wife Linda went home to Chicago for the week and left me here to be a bachelor...I have a good friend Randy that is coming over in the morning and we are going to do a taste test on Stillmanz sauces...all 5 of them he sent me and some Katos sauces....will post a report when we are finished...

We cooked up some pork ribs, seared first over the charcoal fire, then cooked a little slower over the charcoal grill. Of course I took some of bowhunters pepper powder and doused it all over the top of mine. Man those were GOOD!!
