I'd be very interested to see what these peppers tasted like. So far the Fidalgo Roxa is my favorite of all the peppers I've gotten to try ripe, and as far as I know the CGN 21500 is supposed to be quite similar.

CGN 21500 sounds like CIA stuff.
 
It is not not a placeholder; CGN21500 is a seed bank accession number. The CGN prefix indicates the seed bank in Wageningen, the Netherlands.

 I really like both of them. To me, the CGN21500 tastes fruitier than the Fidalgo Roxa.
