chinense Moruga Scorpion x CGN 21500 F2

I'd be very interested to see what these peppers tasted like. So far the Fidalgo Roxa is my favorite of all the peppers I've gotten to try ripe, and as far as I know the CGN 21500 is supposed to be quite similar.

A very interesting cross! I look forward to seeing how it turns out for you.

Is the father plant's name a placeholder?

CGN 21500 sounds like CIA stuff.

It is not not a placeholder; CGN21500 is a seed bank accession number. The CGN prefix indicates the seed bank in Wageningen, the Netherlands.

I really like both of them. To me, the CGN21500 tastes fruitier than the Fidalgo Roxa.
