Man! Those look truly wicked Frank! Production may not be what you'd hoped, but maybe by concentrating on just a few pods they'll be even hotter. Keep us posted. :)

How on earth can you tell that the gator jigsaw are ripe.. they turn darker green or something?
 
they get a yellowish hue at the top 1/3 of the pod ,

 It seems the THP people here in the US that live North of the Mason-Dixon line, and East of the middle of the country, have 2 things in their favor:
 
They're most excellent growers, and their weather is really good for pepper production. I stand strong on the first of the 2 reasons ;)  I can't ever expect to compete, as hard as I may try. ;)  I'm simply impressed! But I keep trying!
