1/2 crock pot with equal amounts of brown moruga scorpion, 7 pod chocolate, 7 pod dougulah.
2 white onions cut up
2 cups of chopped garlic
2 table spoons of smoked sea salt
28 oz of roasted tomatoes
2 cups of cilantro chopped
3 cups of sweet carrots
Juice of 3 limes
2/3 white vinegar
1/3 bottled water
I only make super hot sauce in a crock pot. This is a inside cook.
Put onions in bottom
Put garlic on top of onion
Peppers next 1/2 crock full
Add roasted tomatoes
Add salt
Add lime juice
Add carrots on top
Put 16 oz of vinegar in a pot with 8 oz of water
Bring to a boil
Pour over everything in crock till it get 2 inches from top.
Turn crock to low on temperature
Cover
Cook for 7 hrs on low
After 7hrs turn off and let stand for 4 hrs
Make sure you vent some fresh air in the house.
If you can blend outside
Blend and strain sauce
Pour in jars or bottles(canning 101 rules)
This is the hottest sauce I have ever made

It has a great taste before it kicks your #### ### for 20 minutes
