Haven't cut or trimmed my hair in years...
Haven't shaved in so long I can't remember...
Been a long time since I even trimmed my beard...
I hate shaving,I know that blood shot eyed guy in the mirror with the razor in his hand is eventually going to cut my throat...
EDIT:
I grow my hair so I can donate it every few years to Locks Of Love.
They make wigs for people under 18 yrs old with health problems.
I do bbq's etc. that donations are for Locks of Love too - BBQ $ and hair donations
Yes I do like wearing long hair but LOVE getting a skin head the day I scalp myself for a donation.
Too bad beard hair can't be contributed.
All I have to do is grow my hair.
The people that need a wig that makes them feel better and helps with their recovery is the best.
I like what I like as far as hair style and beards go for me.
BUT doing a bbq and getting my head shaved at the same time for those in need is very special to me.
Cancer and a few other things that are skin diseases and cause loss of hair run in my family.
I do what I can.
If anyone wants to donate 6in. or longer hair cuts,I'll help them out.
Several barber shops and beauty parlors save hair for me to donate.
A GREAT cause.
I think my Beard on my scalped head looks way cool.
Some kid got my long locks,AND i can always grow my own next poney tail.
Edit #2
My Mom hated long hair on men.
I LIKE wearing long hair.
I now have a traditional hair cut until recently that on Mothers Day she gets to scalp me.
Mom is fighting cancer and I don't see her often these days-we live far apart...
I had hair down to my waist a lot years ago and I had her scalp me on mothers day to make her happy.
Now I go out of my way to be able to have Mom cut my hair.
She is pushing 90 and is fighting cancer.
A friend told me about Locks of Love.
I'm talking 25+ years ago.
It's been a tradition for years with Mom.
Nobody could ever get more pleasure scalping me than MOM.
She even now likes my long hair because she knows where it goes to.
Still doesn't like my beard but she loves me the same.
Has all my life.
