My chipotle pulled pork shoulder

After seeing all your tasty food, I tought it was time for me to share some of my food porn with you! Last Sunday night, I made a chipotle pulled pork shoulder. 
 
Family picture before the deed. Green apples, oignons, garlic, a smokey-flavored bbq sauce, about a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce that I forgot to include in the picture and chipotle powder.

Wow it looks really good, but honestly, I'd take it before you simmered it in sauce sloppy joe style. The slow cooked chipotle pork looks bangin'!
