My first attemp, check it out !

Well today I decided to do something with the ripe peppers I had kicking around. Mostly mix of habaneros and Thais and a few serranos lol

Really just wanted to use what I had in hand.

Tomatoes
Mint
Like juice
A couple of peaches
Garlic
onion
Vinegar
Salt+pepper
A slice of papaya
And a pinch of brown sugar

Turned out ok. Nice fruity front with a nice heat behind it. Hoping to tweak this a lil bit to use with some superhots. Ideas are welcomed !

The mint is an unexpected addition, and I wonder if you can taste or detect it at all in the final sauce?  Color is gorgeous.  Pretty great first attempt nome!  The kind that starts a wide ranging quest for pepper sauce perfection.  Welcome aboard :)

I find that it brings out the sweetness in the fruit, not really a strong mint taste at all, maybe i'll try more mint next time and see what happens. I really love the mint/tomato combination.

that sounds great, nice first sauce! as random as some pepper combinations seem, it seems most hot peppers marry pretty well together.

the only thing I might suggest is considering the use of some onion in the next batch.
