My First Ripening Pod!

talking about peppers now. I like when they are in the in between process with multiple colors. cool looking obviously is much better feeling when fully ripened, nice pods fade
 
Well the process seems to have really accelerated!
May be completely yellow by tommorow.

Well here it is ripe and ready to give it a go!

I removed the seeds and had some bit of placenta tissue so I sat to the side.
I then cut a small cross section from one of the halfs at the middle.
Then proceeded to eat the piece and bits of placenta.
The flavor itself is so awsome, nice a fruity, but after 10 seconds my lips and mouth felt like they were on fire! The intense burn lasts about 15 minutes before subsiding.

I have some big nasty looking pods starting to turn on the plant I have in the ground.
So if anyone is interested in seeds I'll be glad to share just send a PM!
