My first sauce

2/3 orange Habanero,1/3 Scotch Bonnet..along with other ingredients. Pretty hot so far.

Good list of ingredients. How did you process it. What was the final ph? Looks great for first sauce. What was the initial taste like?

Chopped everything,cooked for a while,blended it several times,cooked for 30 minutes,boiled bottles for 30 minutes,filled bottles hot. PH i'm not sure. I have the bottles in the fridge anyways. I have a ph pen on order. It starts sweet then the heat comes on pretty strong.
