Well, a buddy of mine gave me a seedless naga morich a while back and I decided to make a rough test sauce just to break the water. I didn't have much in the form of ingredients. I had some onion,a pepper,diced tomatoes,salt,sugar,vinegar and some garlic powder.
All I did was put half a can of diced tomatoes,some onion,garlic powder,salt,sugar, and the pepper in a sauce pan and toasted it up in some oil for a little while. I then blended it all up and it is back in the sauce pan cooking down.
It is surprisingly spicy with just that one small pepper, but so far it is obviously kind of bland. Here is what it looks like right now. Suggestions, comments, criticism?
