Me too, neighbors are all walking by slowing and back and forth in front of my place....ohhhhhhhh the smells!
I eat late! All good stews need time and my 1st beer has not made its way to me! The ribs are on the last step oh the torture....
You got that right JayT! I'll quickly make up for it, Trinidad stew 7 Pot style....

Nothing too special, I switched around directions and after removing pork from the veg I added 2 cups chicken stock and 1 cup Guinness and the other wet ingredients to the veg while I cooked off pork. The stew had a beer before I did...sigh.
Time will tell but it smells amazing and I left out steps of course.
First beer in hand, damn smaller slab cooked more than I like but perfect for the kids. My neighbor across the street is from Trinidad, maybe I'll ask him to taste.Oh in that case you are 100% right, I am winning now however. On numero dos. Have you had it by chance, Victory Swing?
It is pretty good, supposed to be their next big thing. Swing is a Session Saison and brewed with spices but also low in abv at 4.5%.
I bet not many could handle a bigger bowl. Thanks for the compliments and Guinness goes in all my stews!
