My turn to host a contest CLOSED

Peppers I like thee
I like thee I do
White flies be gone 
because you like them too
 
You suck my plants dry
they almost overnight shrivel
so now I will give them
a rubbing alcohol drizzle
 
Alas this only seems to partially work
so for now I will only go somewhat berserk
Pepper I like thee
Peppers I do
Hopefully this poem
gets awesome reviews

Cocoons of fire, are eye candy at best
we crave them, desire them over the rest
 
seeking the heat, to scorch the palate
living the dream, my tongue says ... "lets have it"
 
watery eyes & tongues of fire  
[font=comic sans ms']will make you, or break you, or make you a [/font]crier
 
the heat we seek with pleasure and pain
sweating, belching is part of that game
 
patiently we wait for our cocoons to glow red
finding some vermin have raided the bed 
[font=comic sans ms']taking some action while scratching our head[/font]
cursing the day wishing the pest were all dead
 
the cocoon's we seek, shall put many to the test
eating them, surviving them, we only grow the best
 
when all the dust clears, and the nose is on fire
grinding those peppers satisfying the buyers
 
when all said and done and the season is over
thinking of next year we search the world over
striking up deals with trades and the such
always wanting more to have in our clutch
 
those cocoons of fire have put many to bed
only to prove the test was in their head
with mouth & tongue and lips on fire
have made many big men curl up and inquire
why did i eat those cocoons of fire!
 
​the morel of this rhyme has been found over time
that cocoon's of fire, i grow them their mine
 
the days have come to share my bounty
pepper lovers all over found in so many counties
growing what we love for fire and feast
cocoon's of fire are truly the beast!

Thank you everyone, this means allot to me. When these cocoons of fire are all grown up, I too plan to "Grow it forward" sharing the bounty with others! That's how it will be for me!
