Just a bit.. Actually only the 4th Ghost I've ever eaten whole.. The first one (back in the summer) burned for almost half an hour - even with me dosing it with milk and spoonfuls of sugar.
 
It seems the trick is to -not- panic.. Reminds me of getting piercings. lol
