misc Name that MUSTARD!!!

I'm almost ready to start bottling my mustard so I now need to name it. I have no clue what to call it though. So...post your ideas, if I select it you'll get a nice supply of all of my products and a T-shirt. Please stay with the Cajun or Voodoo theme.

It's just ok, lot of better choices here already. It is tough naming a baby and a hot sauce, you want both to be perfect. I say go with what I gave you above because I'd really like to try your sauce. Good luck.
