I bought some seeds thinking they were «carolina reaper» but soon enough I started to not trust this because it was growing too much. Now that the peppers were born they don't look liek carolina reaper, what do you think I should do?

Welcome. Don't worry about it, it should still be a good plant even if not a reaper. I ordered stuff from seeds direct and got only habaneros, but two years later I have four from that batch that can be watered less and are immune to leaf spot.
