Can anyone help to identify this pepper?

They have a cayenne like taste but not much heat.

It's not a Tabasco, but chiles growing upwards.... Could be Japones? Or any number of oriental chiles that grow upwards. I know there's a variety from China who's name translates roughly to "Chile Growing Towards Heaven" or something like that.
 
It looks a lot like the pc-1(or tezpur, or naga jolokia) but it could be many types, although likely a frutescens but maybe annuum
