I can't find the thread, but some where I had read someone talking about a product you put around your plant (in the soiil) that "slices" the feet of insects.. anyone know what this was called?!

.. just don't want to walk into a store and ask if they have "foot slicer powder" .. dont know how that will be received.. :o)

Or you can use well crushed up egg shells.
Another trick with diatomaceous earth is to add icing sugar or other sweetners. Certain pests will eat the sugar which rips up their inards
