friday i got some realy bad news and i need yalls help. long story short there are some chili cooks from virginia dan and janie bower they were in texas with me and they come to several of our cook offs. they turned on the heat went to bed and now there house is totaly destroyed by fire. they barely escaped with there lives. i got a e mail the other day and there are some chili heads that want to collect and give them for the holidays chili pepper christmas ornaments. ive got a cpl im gonna mail them to her (the e mail i got said that she makes a chili pepper christmas tree every year but now all her ornaments are destroyed) if anyone knows dan and janie don't tell them about this its gonna be a christmas suprise...all i gotta do i hope they don't come here and see this.(don't think they do)
so we are not double mailing (you mail it to me and then i mail it to them as soon as i get the address ill post it here)

i am thankful i have never had to go thru anyting like loosing a house and all memories but hopefully this will be a new begining with great memories for these chili heads.

i hate to say this guitar but i don't have the funds to help much but i am going to mail her some of my favorite chili pepper related christmas ornaments to help mend the wounds. your thoughts are worth a million bucks dude.

i did recieve a e mail from dan and janie this morning and they are already cookin chili...belive it or not (all there chili stuff was still in the car they didn't unload it from texas)

As some of you know, Dan and Janie Bauer lost their house and everything in it
to a fire Tuesday night. They lost everything. One of the things Janie sadly
remembered (and I¢m sure there will be many, many over the next several months)
was all of her chili pepper Christmas ornaments. She had collected them for
years and always decorated a chili pepper tree at Christmas.

I¢m trying to get chili pepper Christmas ornaments for them so they can have their
chili pepper tree this year. If you would like to participate please send an
ornament to me at:
