Need some recomendations.

So if they finish ripening, I will have aproximately 40 carolina reapers of normal size, and about 20 or so bhut jolokias.   Any idea what I should do with them?

​I am a huge fan of smoking eds reaper sauce.

I have a huge plant of red bhuts right now. I will more than likely save seed and give away to people on here. As for the bhuts themselves I will more than likely freeze many and also try my hand at hot sauce making. Also pepper jelly is awesome

Are you talking about the Reaper Squeezins? Pretty sure the only ingredients are reapers and vinegar and maybe some salt. I bet it would turn out pretty close if you made some purée and thinned it with vinegar.

If your speaking to me I would more than likely turn this into a puree first then into a mixed hot sauce

Agreed!  I use this every year and never deviate from the recipe (not even a little).  It's perfect.
