Well guys, we have launched our final Hot Sauce installment for 2011, The 1498 Cauterizer. I know many of you have been enjoying the original 1498, so when the time came to kick up the extreme heat a notch, we decided to keep the same base recipe. The difference is the Cauterizer is 100% Trinidad Scorpion Peppers as opposed to the Scorp/Bonnet Mix. Also there is a higher percentage of Pepper content altogether. Taking a note from some of the feedback on the original, we've also thickened it up just a tad. Same Exceptional Flavor, Significantly Higher BURN! Check it our on our Website.
