New guy from Louisiana

Just wanted to introduce myself. After watching hours and hours of people eating these super hots, some friends and I are ready to jump in try them. We eat spicy foods all the time, but nothing like these. I am hoping to learn some good recipes and gardening tips from the boards and looking forward to chatting with some of you guys!
 
This is literally my first time on this forum, do you guys just do the super hots, or you "all around" pepper guys?

Gday from an Aussie in Lafayette La! Whole superhots-every now and then. Supers as sauce or powders-all the time. For most cooking it's lower heat and more flavour due to the wife lol.
 
Welcome from Michigan. I mostly cook with the super hots but grow both. Expanding ths year with more of the super hots but love the annuums as well
 
Welcome TV from Redneck Northwest Louisiana! I think you'll find that quite a few of us balance our grows between the super hots and the "eatin'" peppers. I love the Mexican spice and seasoning types myself….And it's hard to beat fresh New Mexico Chile...
