Hi everyone! My name is Nick and I live in the Western Cleveland, Ohio suburb of North Olmsted. I am a long time pepper lover that was just formally introduced to the Naga Jolokia at a recent wedding by a family member. I'm in the process of buying my first house and it has a nice area for a decent size garden. I did't know exactly what I wanted to grow until that recent encounter with the hotter than hell pieces of the Naga on the wedding reception food. A good safe, fun hobby for a guy that is 2 years young in marriage, buying his first house, and expecting his first child in 2 months.

I'm hoping to learn a lot from all of you about the different peppers out there, their flavors, growing tips, and recipes for cooking some delicious spicy foods!
