I've always found T&M one of the best for germination.

Well, that is good to know. My mother happened to glance at the catalog they sent me and now she wants to order and have me grow a bunch of flowers for her. I told her fine as long as she understood that my peppers were my main concern hahha.
 
I never had T&M seeds, but I also never had ANY problems with seeds from the "big companies", be it pepper or flower or veggie seeds. I always had a near 100% germination rate.
