5-O's in Atlanta.
We'll have more epic stuff w/ him in January.

I haven't had manatee eggs in years! Maybe SDV can teach me how to poach them.

Rolling Stone Mag once asked Keith Richards how often he practiced. Keef said, "practice? What for? I'm already in the Rolling Stones...."

First off, you need a big ol' pan, or a steel bathtub would work. Spray that sucker with Pam, and get a nice wood fire going under it. Break each egg into 5 gal bucket, and extract all the shell bits.
Once you get a little simmer going, slowly pour two eggs into the hot water. Meanwhile get your snow shovel and drill a bunch of holes into it to make a 'strainer-scoop'.
Once the whites are a little firm to the touch, they're done. Scoop out with your snow shovel and plate up as you wish. A pizza pan, or something larger would work well for plating.
Simple.

thanks, geeme, it's for an electrical license, needed so I can now officially run the biz. Been running it all along ;), but now it's official~~~

thanks, FD4-

if you can't find a snow shovel in Florida, just use the pool skimmer.

Yeah, Scovie, they have no snow in SoFlo.

no sir but let me tell you...38-40F on an open boat that is running 35-40 mph is dern cold...the year I fished the mullet run in the 10,000 islands, we had frost on the boat early in the morning when we left the dock looking for our first set...I had on quilted thermal underwear, sweat pants and chest high waders and was shaking until we pulled the net the first time...after clearing 3500 lbs of mullet from the 440 yards of 4" mesh net I had worked up a sweat and got even colder afterwards...fishing the mullet run from 1 October until 31 December we caught 135,000 lbs...that was just me and Frog...the captain of the boat I worked on...fast good money but it was definitely work...I had to pull the lead line all the time...

That is very touching AJ and I am glad you have those memories, but we have frost here EVERY morning from Oct. - March. 38-40F is a nice warm day.

understand Jay, but you guys/gals up north are a bunch of polar bears...this thin skinned southerner shivers at 68

you got that right...but I fell out of the boat one time drinking Tequilla....the boss dang near laughed his butt off as I walked out
