I just got a face full of Scorp-grind. Ya know how you laugh at the dog, when he's chasing a ball, hits his nose, and sneezes violently for a minute and a half? Now...the dogs are laughing.
 
Elk = the best red meat on the planet. hands down. Sounds like I missed out on some fun last night, if G was buzzy on Brownies and Vodka.
AJ, ever had Antelope Jerky? It's the only way it's not "punch in the face" worthy. love it.
 
yes sir, I have and will admit jerky is good...but the pronghorns have an odor about them...let's see....yup....if my dog ate it he would lick his ass to get the taste out... :lol:

Being that my new boss/exec chef does a lot of ceviches, gonna have to do that instead

imagine a ceviche pizza, and if anyone takes my idea, i will come to your house with bear and murder you in your sleep

Booooooooo. No totz? That can't possibly be SoFlo approved! As for ceviche, too many here on THP, my bad 'sef included, would mop tha' 'flo on 'yo punk ass! :rofl:

I've heard that idea passed around the soflo kitchens before, but we've got lots of ideas! DO IT!!!

Some nice cool ceviche would be good right now, given how warm it is outside.
