Newbie from BC, Canada

It's too damn cold up here! I suppose that's why I love hot peppers!

I've always wanted to grow peppers of my own and do something with them. I picked up my first plant of thai chillies from a Home Depot about 5 years ago. It grew too well and I had no idea what to do with them all. For the most part, I dried and crushed them for a shaker to put on pizza. It worke dout great. I happend to be in a pickling mood so I dropped some in jars. They are ok.

Recently, I was sent a bag of pepper seeds from an old friend who moved to China. Well, he doesn't speak english very well and could not tell me the strain. I'll post a pick and maybe ya'll can give me your best guesses.

Currently, I have 15 of these plants flowering and producing fruit. I want to make my own hot sauce with them (assuming they taste good) and this site came up in a search.

Starting late, I have 3 trinidad scorpion butch t plants growing. No flowers yet but it's still early enough to catch a small harvest. I look forward to that kick!

Anyways, I'm happy to be here and can't wait to learn the ins and outs of this new world.
