Next Season's selections

2011 was my first year for growing superhots and thanks to all your experience I now have 3 gallon bags of Bhut Jolokias and Trinidad Scropions in my freezer and a bag of dried peppers. My plan is to make BBQ and hot sauce out of them, I am looking for advice on what to plant in 2012. I'm looking for "hots" that have a exceptional flavor and are not commonly available in stores.
Thanks for a sucessful first time experience.

All the supers cranked out very well for me this year and find myself leaning towards the 7s/Scorps for flavor.

I didn't save any seeds because I wasn't sure my source for the original seeds sent me pure strains, so I potted a Bhut and a Scorpion to winter over and will try my hand at taking cuttings to propagate. I will order seeds from sources that you all have posted as reliable for my next attempt. Thanks for the suggestions; does anyone have a favorite Chili?
