Non chilihead friendly hot sauce

I went easy on the heat and made just a small batch to see how it turned out.

1 7 pot orange
1/2 med red onion
2 carrots
4-5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

It yielded exactly 1 pint. Next time I will probably go lighter on the onion and heavier on the heat. It starts with sweetness and onion and ends with a mild heat.

At first I wasn't too thrilled by it, then I thought, for only our second sauce and our first without "following" a recipe, it was good. Now I'm back to not too excited. I guess I'll have to wait and see how all the flavors meld together.
 
With a 7 and five garlics you could use it like kryptonite on Costa Ricans.
A Costa Rican would starve to death in Mex, Guat, ElSal or Honduras. The Nicaraguans aren't much better.
Ketchup with a blast of Worchestershire "pica mucho". Insane.
