Non Pepper Seeds

Lots of replies here with good suggestions. I'll simply add that strawberries from seeds can be a little harder to get going (in my experience) but are great when you get them flowering!

I'd also chime in and say that the most rewarding things are carrots, chives/green onions that grow so easily I don't do a thing! I like things that take care of themselves!

Sweet Potato Vine
Sunflowers (Goliath, Skyscraper, King Kong)
Queensland Blue Squash (Pumpkin)
Lemon Cucumber
Zebra Tomatoes
Micro Tom Tomatoes (small hydro setup indoors)
Various lettuces  (small hydro setups indoors)
 
there are also some decorative corn varieties that are fun...
