Also Armac, as a citizen I don't have power over anyone. I cannot arrest the cops I see violating traffic laws constantly. That is the difference in the public trust argument. You seem to be taking a "tone" with me I don't appreciate. My son has nothing to do with this conversation regarding this particular case. So it seems like you were being an asshole and trying to incite anger by bringing him into it. Oh, and also by calling me naive.

You are obviously a cop and a cheerleader for Texas justice. Great! Go Texas. I guarantee people do put that much coke in themselves. Cocaine addiction is pretty amazing. I knew some addicts when I was younger of coke and meth that have easily used that much. Hey, and if they die, win win. We aren't picking up the tab for their 20 year (probably 7 year) term in prison and they are no longer using drugs or selling drugs to consenting adults.

Ok lets keep the debate on topic without getting side tracked. I do feel 20 years was a bit excessive and that it was entrapment to a point, but I'm also on the side that the cops are out maned out gunned and are fighting a loosing battle against drugs especially here in California.

Looks like the voting is almost 50/50 just as it was in the office. I'll post the outcome sometime tomorrow for further discussion.

Nobody puts 4.4 pounds of coke in their own body over any period of time and lives.

In my opinon if you put something in your signature on a public board. You have made it public information. Like it or not YOU were the "willing participant" who volunteered information. If you feel that information to be sensitive, maybe you should remove it.

Dick move!!!! You are the typical asshole I have come to expect of cops. To think that because a man mentions his child in his signature doesn't mean you have the right to try and use it against him. You deserve the title your kind have earned... Fucking pig!!!
