smoking Ol'Rusty got some work today

Smoked a pork shoulder and some chicken bits

Chopped up a bunch of Nagas and a mix of green peppers from the last day of the season

Put it out with some onion(why not?0, Amish baby Swiss and Gouda

Pulled the pork, froze the green peppers and onions for sauces, put the hottest cheese ever into the fridge and put the Nagas into the dehydrator for powder.

Funny, I did that too. She likes the microwave better as well!
