food Omelets

I was there when they first opened actually years ago! :)
 
     I'll settle this. I think my new avatar qualifies me as an expert in such things. Home fries are boiled, then sliced into thick rounds and then fried. American fries are potatoes that have been boiled and then roughly ground or grated and then fried. At least that's how it's been in every restaurant I ever worked in and most I've ever eaten at.
     If you need extra convincing, just read that ^ in the voice of Cliff Clavin.
