OMG LOST

I haven't watch Lost since season 1, but all my coworkers are talking about it. Should I start watching Lost back from season 1, or is there a different season I should start watching at, I want to catch up as fast as possible and leave behind the episodes that I don't have to watch.
 
Never watched Lost.

The first couple of years Mash was the bomb. Then they got full of themselves and started to become a social conscious. I hate it when that happens. Shows take themselves too freaking serious. Happens all the time.

Yep....after a while, they all run out of ideas. (jump the shark, so to speak)
