once they are a few inches tall do they still need heat?

I am potting up about 90 plants tomorrow, do they still need supplemental heat or can I just put them by the patio door for sunlight?

The heating pad is mainly for germination, but also keep in mind that warmer soil helps to stimulate root growth. So it helps, but isn't at all nessicary.
 
I haven't tried using a heating pad yet. But, I keep my grow room around 75 - 80 degrees and everything seems to grow nicely. I agree with Iggy, if you keep heat on them they will develop better root growth.
