Doesn't look like it to me, the pods look too fat.

Tell me those seeds didn't come from me!

Edit: The other pod (plant in green pot) looks like an Aji Lemon.

You're almost correct Nova the plants behind it are Aji Limon.

origamiRN those three pods turned red, well actually pinkish and now the plant is looking normal with quite a few green turning to red peppers on it. Collected two from it last night as a matter of fact.

No they aren't but you said it correct the first time. A lemon drop is another name for aji lemon. I don't know what they are though......
