The second sauce I cooked in my sister in law's kitchen is a sauce made of orange habaneros and ten big fresh peaches bought from a farmer. There's some mustard, ginger, honey, black pepper, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, onion and garlic in it. It has a good heat and the peachy taste of the habaneros adds great to the peaches.
The smaller habs were from a latino supermarket, the bigger ones I bought at Publix.
