Orange Habs? - your thoughts please

Hi all

Was at the Botanical gardens today in Ashmore Gold Coast and having a look around their 'sensory' gardens and surrounds and I came across some, well a lot of chilli's plants growing there! I have googled them and I have come up with orange hab for the 'bulbier' ones and not sure for the long ones.

Taste test - hot. I'd say 7 heat. Burning lips and nose and cheek......doh.

I'm growing these next season and want to name them correctly.

Thanks all :onfire:

The 'bulbier' one looks like a Habanero for sure . The other looks like a Cayenne that hasn't turned red yet.

Peace,

Holy crap I had a whole chopped up pod of the orange hab on my tea last night. I was sweating like mad. Hottest tea I have made to date. Drooling as well. Must be a pansy. Was baked chicken breast with white wine, mushrooms, feta etc etc...... If I had thought I'd taken pics for the drunken chef thread. Dam that lovely hand crafted hoppy beer goodness of mine!
