A simple Po' Boy using local East Coast oysters Sauces was a simple Dukes mayo, hot sauce and lemon mix. Spicy dill pickles and shredded hydroponic butter lettuce.

Never had an oyster po' boy sounds yummy. Next time I'm in Charleston I think I'll have to give one a try.

man, i would eat 10 of those. i will die, but it will be worth it.
So back at it again last night with some eastern Shore oysters...found two pearls but the one I found in my very last bite was the best I have ever found out of over 100 found.
