It does - when you click on it, it takes you to Photobucket, and I was able to watch it there ...
 
I haven't cooked a batch using any extract yet, so I don't have a basis for comparison between AG and partial and extract etc ... in terms of smell etc ...

I can't say I really notice a difference between extract and AG but the hint of chocolate smells good.

I have two upcoming (eventually) batches that have partial extract ... an old ale that I'm planning to brew around the same time Bumper brews it too, and a milk stout that's partially extract ...
 
Those are two of the batches in the 5th, 6th, 7th batches from now =)
 
Well my 50lb sack of 2 row is at the store so I should be able to brew my DFH clone. Woot! I can't wait to make that one. Especially since my wife doesn't like it. It will be all mo e just like my RIS :beer:

Yeah, I'm hoping to tackle the CO2 crap and reset all my seal and go over everything tonight ...
 
I'll be brewing either Thu or Fri, depending on how it goes and when I make the starter ...
 
I'm hoping to possibly bang out 2x by end of weekend, and that'll wrap it up for cold-storage beers ...
 
If I brew beyond that in the next month or two, it'll be room-temp lagering under pressure and/or room-temp saison batches only ...

if there's still time after that and the TD, i'll brew too!
 
Well, all wrapped up and in the basement. It ended up at 1.067. I was hoping for closer to 1.08. Not sure what happened. I had such high eff on the last batch. Thinking I should have had more mash water. I went with 1.25 qts/lb. I should have done 1.5qt/lb.
oh well, I'm sure it will still taste great.

Easier for the yeast ...
 
Just drink it faster ... it's more hydrating, anyways!
