Let's cook a little meat. The chicken and the steak are dredged in corn starch. This is a fantastic way to ensure they stay tender AND crispy!

The Circle-H Five-Headed Dragon


Ingredients:

Angus Sirloin
Chicken Breasts
31-40 Shrimp
Bay Scallops
Meat from 2-1lb Lobsters
Onion
Bell peppers
Orange Habanero
Mushrooms
Snow Peas
Cayennes
Celery
2 Eggs
Pineapple
Water Chestnuts
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds
....crap.....have I forgotten something? *probably*

Method:

Chopped and diced all the veggies. Sliced chicken and steak.....then dredged in corn starch. prepped shrimp, lobster, and scallops by draining on paper towels to remove excess moisture. Chopped half the pineapple....hollowed-out the other. Cooked jasmine rice in rice cooker.....set aside to cool. Stir-fried eggs and diced onion.....added rice, shrimp, and soy sauce in hot wok and fried till done. Stir fried meats......set aside. Stir-fried veggies and pineapple....set aside. Mixed veggies, pineapple, and meats together for one last spin through the wok. Filled pineapple w/ fried rice.....garnished with habanero, red pepper, and egg roll strips. garnished stir fry with sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Those would make awesome fajitas... grab some stir fry (5 meats/fish!!), grab some rice, some crunchy noodles... wrap it up!

Even though no tortilla, I dig it.

I like the half pineapple for serving.

You should sell plates for your TD meals Paul. I would remove my shoes and sit on the floor at the 12 inch high table you probably have to eat it at. Very Nice.

Well....I had the forethought to fill my shopping list on my days off. That way, when Friday came, I was more than ready to just throw it all together......unlike LAST weekend where I was struggling to finish.

I *did* lose some sleep, though, doing it all in one night.....
