Last year i found a recipe that simply Sugar, salt, vinegar, water, brought to a boil then poured over the peppers which were packed in a jar, and capped.

I really like this recipe but I can find it right now for some reason, a little help please.

OR if you have a recipe that keeps the the flavor of the peppers alone, it would be much appreciated.

Right now, Some Hot Wax, Rellanos Best and NuMex Big Jims. The Habaneros are coming on fast too. With the Pequin and Explosive Ember soon to follow.

Are you looking to simply preserve, or to add to the flavor, compliment the flavor, or anything like that?

Simply Preserve mainly. But the other ways sound interesting as well.
