Pepper cheese?

I have to agree. I have yet to find one that was better than ok. Cabot hab cheddar, and Pinconning Ghost Pepper Jack are best I can recall

I love chiles.
 
I have traveled the seven seas.
 
And ventured to the four corners of the earth.
 
But I have never found a chile cheese that impressed me much beyond no name pepper jack.
 
I can no find da kine.
