Pepper Flavors

Ok, so I've been wondering if there was a list out there that chronicals the associated flavors to each type of hot pepper? I haven't located any such list and thought this might be the best place to garner such information.

When reading my grow list you might come to understand that I have chosen many peppers with specific undertones. i.e. Billy Goats have cherry, Marisol has strawberry, Harold's St Barts has smokey, ect.

I would be very interested in what peppers you have grown or tasted and the associated flavors with each if possible.

Its very difficult to describe each pepper's flavors but I do find that each pepper color has its own tastes. You might want to check out some of Neil's(THSC) you-tube videos

That would be hard to do because it is so subjective to each individual. Even the burn affects people differently.
