Pepper grower meetups (IL)

You know for the amount of pepper growers we have here in close proximity in IL we should do some kind of get together this summer. Maybe one where we all cook something with peppers, or bring cool crosses/ varieties. Just a thought. Ive seen 5-6 different THP members who all live within an hr drive of me(and thats just what ive seen so far).

I would be up for that.  I stopped by last year and met D3 and Frank (Moruga Welder) on a trip to Chicago.  
 
Yeah Moruga lives literally 10 minutes south of me. With demonic living 40 min east. We could def rustle up enough people to get a pepperhead thing going this summer i think.

Nice, ive only been to streator twice before. I moved here from NY three years ago. The first time i had ever heard of streator was "Keep your peter out of streator" lol. Has made me not want to go there more often that i actually have to

lmao !  yep ,that saying been around for years . i seen it on a shirt at Spencers at the lasalle mall ! thats funny shit bro .  seriously tho ,  its pretty quite town  very giving people . i live 4 miles south of town out by the river . really quiet here . my place of employment  ( VACTOR MFG. ) is just over the bridge , takes 4 minutes to get there and is  a fortune 500 company . they take really good care of their employees .  543 employees right now .
 
Nice i actually just got hired on in Wedron at Fairmount Santrol as lab Tech for silica mining. Its seems pretty good so far. Only thing that stinks is i start on the night shift.
 
Thats the best part is that its a skeleton crew. One supervisor in the whole plant. I get left alone on my island for 12 hours with the occasional person coming to borrow forks or sugar
