When I was planting my scotch bonnets and habs I may have got my seeds mixed up and labeled the pots wrong.
 
Out of a matter of interest which one is which? tempted to wait until they start producing pods but I really cant wait that long.

There is some difference with the plants such as height size and shape of leaves etc.
 
Any idea?

Do you have any background information on the source of the Habanero and the Scotch Bonnet?
 
If by Habanero you mean orange Habanero then my hunch would be that the labels are swapped. It's still a bit early to tell.

It's still way early, but the leaves definitely look like C. chinese to me...

the last two look almost Baccatum(aji) -ish
 
the first look Chinense(Habanero)-ish
 
but we really need to wait till they fruit to be completely sure what they are
