pests Pest or Disease?!?

Hi guys, any idea what is causing these tiny holes in my leaves? The majority of the holes don't completely penetrate the leaf, leaving an almost translucent film across the hole?

It's on quite a few of my plants now!

I agree with PepperDaddler. I had similar holes start appearing on my seedlings, started checking more thoroughly at night and it was small slugs and snails. Beer traps work good against them.

I have the exact same things on a few of my plants. Haven't seen any evidence of slugs or snails or any other pest. It doesn't seem to affect the plant at all though.

Thanks guys, I did have a problem with slugs a while back, I thought I'd got rid of the swines!
