pH Tester Recommendations Please.

I want to order a good pH tester that can test at high temps from Amazon. Can anyone share an idea or even better a link to one from Amazon for me? I looked at the models and descriptions but it is confusing to me. Someone mentioned a TDS-3. Are all TDS-3's listed on amazon pH meters that can test acidity at higher temps? Thanks y'all!

I ordered this one from...Oakton EcoTestr pH 2 Waterproof pH Tester, 0.0 to 14.0 pH Range, from Amazon (the one in the link). Can you use it in hot liquids when making sauce? Just checking. Thanks.

Operating Temperature: 0 to 50 deg. C

From that I would guess no. Probably need to cool the sauce first.

Can always put a little in a shot glass and put it in the freezer for a couple minutes while your sauce is simmering away.
That's what I do. Works for small batches anyway.

^ ^ ^ ^ I agree with HI-Y, that's how I do it. A souvenir size shot glass cools pretty quick.
