I picked this one on sale for $18.95. Hopefully its a good one as the reviews were really good on the 2011 model. Now I can check all my sauces to make sure they are under 4.

I've had dozens of ph pens but not that one. I can tell you they all need to be calibrated frequently. storing it upright with 4.01 calibrating solution in cap will give it longer life and less frequent calibrating.
 
Hmmm, this will be the first year  i'll try using one for sauce which may differ from daily use in nutes.
