Wow very nice how they all are about the same in color. On mine I usually have a few ripe at a time only which makes it hard to save for a sauce.

Wow those look like my fatallis. Those things are hotter than .
I just take them off as they ripen and after removing the seeds, put them in a freezer bag until I have enough to mess with.

I ate 1/2 a fatali straight up without drinking and it was killer hot. The scorpions I only tried in salsa and that was bad enough.

I'm going to attempt to grow both the scorpion and fatali next season. I only hope mine look as good as yours
